Yes, it is possible to leave your luggage at the hotel on the day of departure until 21:00.
It is also possible to leave your luggage in storage at the hotel for several days, at a cost of 5€ per day, per suitcase/bag etc.
Yes, the hotel has an affiliation with the private garage in front of the hotel. The fee amounts to €33 per 24-hour parking period and includes access to the ZTL. The garage fee is never included in the room price, as it is an additional service.
Yes, there is a bar inside the hotel where you can purchase hot and cold drinks.
Yes, each room has a minibar with a selection of drinks. The price list is clearly visible in the information board.
There is no porter in the hotel. The reception staff, should you have any difficulties, is very happy to help you.
No, smoking is not allowed in the rooms or hallways.
The hotel’s smoking area is available on the first floor terrace and is accessible from 7 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
Yes, we can book all kinds of services for you. A credit card is required to pay for the service in advance.
Yes, definitely. You can also book before your arrival. Payment will then be settled directly at the hotel. Out of seriousness and respect for other customers and for the hotel, we kindly ask you to book only if you are really interested. Unused service will be charged if cancelled later than 48 hours before.
We accommodate your children up to 3 years of age free of charge if they sleep in their parents’ bed. The cot has an additional cost of 20€ per day.
We love pets very much, however it is not possible to accommodate them in the hotel.
Yes of course, you can have a parcel delivered to the hotel after notifying the front desk. The parcel will be held in safekeeping for you until your arrival.
We have no in-house laundry for guests. A number of laundries are available near the hotel, which our front desk staff will be able to point out to you.
Yes, definitely. The reception staff will book cars or taxis for you according to your request.
